Sessions are conducted privately, over the phone, and are approximately 45 minutes in length. This removes any geographical barriers to Christian Life Coaching. You will also have email communication privileges with the coach in between sessions for questions and follow-up. The frequency of sessions can be adjusted according to the client's needs. Sessions can typically occur for a minimum of one month and/or several months depending on the client's goals and desires.

Fees are $85.00 per session or at a discounted rate of $320 per month for 4 sessions. Payment is due prior to commencing coaching services. Monthly payments are due at the beginning of each coaching month.

If the client chooses to pay the monthly rate of $320, and the coaching relationship terminates prior to the end of the month, the client will be promptly refunded for the sessions not used.

The coaching relationship can be terminated by either party, at anytime.

ALL communications are held in the strictest confidence.

Please email Kathy with any questions or to request a Complimentary Coaching Session to see if coaching is right for you. You may also inquire about customized coaching packages or Paired Coaching.

Coaching Services

In Coaching for Life Balance, we will discover your individual values and clarify steps that will help you to order your life around those values. We'll work on time management and overcoming the obstacles that can affect our use of time. We'll also seek to discover the vision that arises out of those values - your God-given purpose.

Through Transitions Coaching, we'll recognize the emotions of the grieving process and work to obtain closure to the divorce experience. We'll discuss tangible ways of dealing with these emotions, as well as practical steps that can be taken to deal with the tremendous life changes associated with divorce.

About Coaching

"Coaching is the art and practice of guiding a person or group from where they are toward the greater competence and fulfillment that they desire."

~ Gary R. Collins, PH.D.

Coaching ...

  • is a collaborative partnership between the coach and person being coached.
  • involves dialogue rather than advice giving, discipline, or therapy.
  • is built on trust, integrity, self-discipline, and accountability.
  • is results-oriented, focused on reaching goals.
  • discusses weaknesses and obstacles but emphasizes strengths and positive changes.
  • assumes that people are resourceful and able to set goals and reach them.
  • lets person being coached define and move toward their goals with God's help and the coach's guidance.
  • helps people reach their peak performance.
  • assumes that life is integrated: We can't assume that someone's work, family life, personal history, spirituality, or lifestyle can be put into neat but separate compartments.
  • embraces change as something that is always occuring, sometimes confusing, often positive, and usually growth producing.
